Title I Reading is a federally funded program that provides extra help to

students in Reading.  Ashe Elementary has an additional Reading Specialist and Instructional Assistant with Title I funding.  Parental Involvement is a key

component of Title I.  Workshops and Parent Advisory Council (SPAC) meetings

are held throughout the school year on topics for parents.
