9 WEEKS PROJECTS
Students must do a project each nine weeks. Students may choose from any of the following. Projects are due on or before the due date. 9 weeks projects are NOT ACCEPTED LATE. If you turn in a late project, I will apply it to the following 9 weeks (except for the end of the year for obvious reasons).
2011-2012 PROJECT DUE DATES: 11/04/11; 1/23/12; 4/2/12; and 5/29/12

1. Bring in a prize donation for Mr. Deep Run (gift certificate, small new gift item -at the places you shop -you never know who will be willing to help us out and donate something). Don't buy it yourself -Ask for it! This option is only good until 2/20/12.
2. Sell a program ad (get advertising form from Mrs. Gibson). Deadlines for programs will be posted - Oct for fall and March for spring.
3. Sell 5 tickets to a theatre event. You collect money for advanced tickets ($5 each) and then come buy them from me. You will then deliver the tickets or we can leave them at the front table the night of the event.
1st 9 weeks –Great Expectations
2nd 9 weeks – Great Expectations , One Act Night
3rd 9 weeks - Mr. Deep Run, One Act Night
4th 9 weeks - Into the Woods
4. See a play and write a review
*Play reviews must be at least one page typed (12 font/double spaced) and address acting, set design and technical theatre (lights, sound, costumes, props)
*You must see a full length play or musical!
*Come to our shows or check postings on the internet, in the paper or on the bulletin board in my room.
*You must turn in a playbill or ticket stub with your review for proof of attendance.
5. Work a minimum of 20 hours in a Theatre related activity (lights, sound, crew, actor, usher, leadership, workdays, drama camp, WEAD and other event support).
