AP Teachers will share the curriculum, textbooks, summer work, and course expectations. Also, we will explain to parents about the AP Commitment form that must be returned with the CRRS form and the NEW County requirement to remain in the class until October 15, 2013.

If you are not recommended for a course, discuss the reasons with the teacher.

Record March 15 as the override date for guaranteed placement in a course, April 27 the absolute last date to override- depends on space availability.

Do not take the class because it will benefit you later, not because it will “look good on your transcripts”.

Talk with teachers, they know your abilities work ethic and test scores they will give you an accurate evaluation about the appropriate class level for you.
