Welcome to my electronic professional portfolio for TEDU 556. Included in this portfolio are two lesson plans and the rubrics used in grading them. Two additional 21st century skills activities supporting the communication, collaboration and critical thinking components of the course are included as well. Artifacts for each lesson and activity are included on the artifacts page and a reflection of each of the two lesson plan implementations is included on the course reflection page.

The first lesson plan was a communication lesson that involved podcasting technology.

The second lesson plan was a collaboration lesson that involved creating wiki pages and using GoogleDocs technologies.

21st Century Skill #1 was designed to focus on critical thinking and students had to create pivot tables from data prepared in a Microsoft Excel assignment as an advanced use of this software.

21st Century Skill #2 was designed to focus on communication and critical thinking as students had to research information about five colleges of interest to them and to incorporate using notes pages, an interactive menu, and creating a graph in PowerPoint as an advanced use of this software.
