Directions


  • (1) Click on the SEGMENT icon, then click to place a point. Move the pointer then click to create the endpoint of the segment. To reset the screen click on your browser's REFRESH button.

  • (2) Once you click on the grid, use your arrow keys to scroll around the grid.

  • (3) Click on the following points and connect the segments. (1,-1) (7,-4) (7,-1) and (1,-1). What figure is formed? What is its' area?

  • (4) Click on the following points and connect the segments. (1,-2) (6,-1) (-1,5) and (1,-2). What figure is formed? What is its' area?

  • (5) Create a quadrilateral and list the coordinates of the vertex points.
