My Career

I do not work right now because I’m only seven. When I get older though, I will help plants grow. Since there is nitrogen in all living cells I am one of them. I might help transport energy throughout the cell. Nitrogen is also a part of chlorophyll which helps carry out photosynthesis, which means I  could also do that job.

My Poem

Nitrogen is the best element of them all

One good thing is I can not fall

Because I’m in the air I take up almost everywhere

My atomic number is seven

And my atomic mass is 3 more than eleven

I can be turned into a liquid but I get really cold

And I will not ever get old

Everyone and everything needs me

I help a  twig grow into a tree

Nitrogen is so great so you can’t wait.
