Lists of Dolch Sight Words
This section will have various free materials for Dolch sight words. All the Dolch materials will have a key made of dots to distinguish between each group of words. The key is as follows and will remain consistent throughout all the materials for Dolch words. The dots for the levels are in the lower right hand corner. Preprimer words will have one dot. Primer words will have two dots. 1st grade words will have three dots. 2nd grade words will have four dots. 3rd grade words will have five dots.

Look, Cover, Write, Check
This site is from Toftwood School, and it is equally good, but the words can be easier, so the grade level can be moved down to grade 2. Students practice their spelling by having the word displayed, then covered up. They must then type the word to see if they can type it correctly. Excellent spelling and typing practice.
